Practical Strategy Consulting
Practical Strategy Consulting was founded in 1998 by David Linstron, when left the position of New Zealand Country Manager for Gentia Sofware, which was the first company in the world to release Balanced Scorecard automation and delivery technology. Practical Strategy Consulting has focused on the niche strategy to action consulting, where several years of David’s direct experience with scorecard development and implementation were applyed in medium to large size businesses in New Zealand.
Up to date, Practical Strategy Consulting has covered several industries such as Telecommunications, Defence, Roading, Local Government, Healthcare, Quick Service Restaurants, Financial Services and Not for Profit organisations. And the consulting services have extended overseas to Singapore, Germany and Brazil.
The wide experience and the desire to share his knowledge has led David, in collaboration with Paul Hannay, to write the e-book "At Last a How To Guide for Strategy", which is one of the few web delivered tools for business managers who want all the benefits of the consulting methodology and expertise but prefer to do internalise some or all of the workload.

Practical Strategy Consulting has been offering strategy to action consulting services through 2 offices in New Zealand, and, since March/2005, through its first international office located in Brazil.
